His transaction experience includes complex sales and leasing, build-to-suit developments, land assemblages, and securing state and local incentive packages.Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Mr. Dedering spent seven years at a national brokerage firm, where he developed his expertise in industrial sales, leasing, and investment transactions.
