Patrick Devinger joined Tishman Speyer in 2020 and currently oversees leasing efforts across the firm’s Northern California portfolio. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Patrick was a Senior Vice President at CBRE in San Francisco, where he managed an institutional portfolio and led leasing efforts across new construction, trophy assets, office campuses, and pre-war creative buildings throughout the Bay Area. Earlier in his career, he was a California Certified General Appraiser (MAI) with Integra Realty Resources, specializing in office and R&D properties for institutional clients.
