Patrick Fraley, CCIM is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with two decades of experience specializing in retail, office and mixed-use leasing, investment advisory, and landlord/tenant representation throughout Southwest Florida and the West Coast of Florida. Patrick has built his career on cultivating long-term relationships, sourcing opportunities, and consistently delivering results for property owners, developers, and tenants. His expertise spans high-profile retail corridors, lifestyle centers, mixed-use developments and Class A Office where he has successfully negotiated and executed transactions with both national and regional brands. Prior to joining CBRE, Patrick spent 19 years at Investment Properties Corporation (IPC), where he was a top-performing producer and a key contributor to the firm’s high-performing leasing platform. Over the course of his career, he has been directly responsible for originating, structuring, and completing a significant volume of transactions, while also playing a central role in the leasing strategy and merchandising of numerous prominent assets across the Naples and greater Southwest Florida market. Patrick is known for his proactive, relationship-driven approach and his ability to create value through strategic positioning, tenant curation, and hands-on deal execution. His deep market knowledge, combined with his extensive network of retailers, restaurateurs, and institutional owners, allows him to consistently identify opportunities and drive successful outcomes for his clients.
