Bio
Patrick Gannon joined Inland National Development Company, LLC (“INDC”) in 2017. Patrick is an Assistant Vice President – Development and serves as a senior investment analyst while transitioning to a role as a project manager. As a senior investment analyst, he oversees the evaluation and financial modeling of proposed and ongoing investments projects while also training for the role of project manager. Patrick interfaces with other members of the INDC team to devise new project budgets, keep ongoing development projects on budget and communicate directly with project partners and outside investors.
Prior to joining INDC, Mr. Gannon spent five years in the derivatives markets at the Chicago Board of Trade. Starting as a clerk on the floor in the options trading pits and eventually working his way up to electronically trading commodity futures.
Mr. Gannon graduated from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University with a degree in finance. He holds a real estate license in the state of Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®
