Patrick Gunville is a Senior Sales Associate responsible for expanding and overseeing the Victoria team’s operations in the mid-island region. With a specialization in Nanaimo, Parksville/Qualicum, Courtenay/Comox and Duncan/Ladysmith regions. Having grown up on the north-island, Patrick has a strong knowledge of all the mid-island communities and regularly travels between them for his daily business activities.
Prior to his CBRE role as a mid-island specialist, he had 10 years of real estate experience and worked as a commercial broker specializing in land & investment in downtown Vancouver. Patrick’s clients value his passion, loyalty and dedication, creating a relationship where the clients best interest is always top of mind.
