I recognized opportunity where others saw decline, acquiring, redeveloping, and reactivating properties that laid the foundation for Detroit’s resurgence. My own investments evolved into a career helping others identify and secure long-term, profitable opportunities in retail, mixed-use, and industrial real estate.
