Patrick oversees the sourcing and closing of investments and redevelopment opportunities across the country. Patrick is also the managing broker of the company's commercial brokerage division. Prior to serving as Director of Acquisitions, Patrick worked for the company as in-house counsel, focusing on transactions and joint ventures/partnership formation. Patrick attended Arizona State University and holds BS and JD degrees. In his personal life, Patrick resides in the Logan Square neighborhood and loves to grill out with his family and rescued greyhound Sir.
