Bio
He manages the leasing teams in the Jacksonville and Tampa offices that encompass half of the Regency portfolio in the state of Florida, with assets in markets including Jacksonville, Orlando, Vero Beach, Tampa, and Naples totaling over 5.2 million square feet.
Patrick joined Regency in August 2005 as a Leasing Agent in the Jacksonville market. In this role, Patrick completed over 800 new and renewal transactions. He was promoted in 2017 to VP – Market Officer to oversee leasing at the Jacksonville office, and in 2023 was elevated to his current role as SVP – Senior Market Officer. Patrick has been instrumental in training new leasing agents and has been an excellent resource for Regency to call on for corporate programs and presentations.
Patrick has also contributed significantly to Regency and the Jacksonville community through his work with United Way, the Stein Fellowship Program, and Leadership Jacksonville. He was named a Joan and Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award winner in 2013, which honors Regency employees for their outstanding contributions and commitment to the company.
Patrick grew up in Jacksonville and attended Virginia Tech, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He enjoys spending free time with his family and any activities his girls are involved in, such as golfing, traveling, and fitness.
