Bio
Specializing in mission critical/user representation, Patrick aids his clients with acquisition and disposition of data center assets, colocation search, site selection, and market valuations. He has worked with numerous multi-national companies to assist in the creation and implementation of their data center strategy.
Patrick has seven years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, capital markets, research and analytics, construction management, and property management. His analytical background allows him to leverage industry leading market data in the most effective ways and he has a record of staying connected to the details, auditing frequently, and being skeptical when metrics and anecdotes differ.
Prior to his time with JLL, he served as the Senior Research Associate for the Atlanta Market for The CoStar Group where he oversaw a team of fifteen researchers. Thanks to his analytical acumen and strong client relationships, he was chosen to be a member of a select team to open The CoStar Group’s National Research Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.
Patrick earned his Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He believes he is never done learning and is always seeking to improve himself. For instance, he completed the Business Essentials Program at the Kenan Flagler Business School post-graduation and remains curious about other possibilities. Patrick grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. He currently lives in San Francisco with his wife, Julia. In his free time, he enjoys climbing, skiing, hiking, and cooking.
