Bio
Patrick provides real estate advisory services across the globe. The JLL delivery platform specializes in executing a tailored suite of services for clients including workforce analytics, workplace planning, strategic financial consulting (transaction structuring), GAAP/IFRS accounting, and transaction services for many large portfolios of Fortune 500 companies. Patrick’s unique consulting methodology was developed as a consultant at Baker Harris CPC, a Saatchi consulting company, and refined over forty years in the business.
Prior to joining JLL, Patrick was a Vice Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield for 7 years, and also spent 27 years at CBRE. At CBRE, he spent 10 years as the Executive Managing Director for the CBRE NY Tri-State suburban offices running a $100 million business with all lines and over 1,000 people reporting to him. The experience prepared Patrick to become the strategist and business advisor that he is today.
Patrick is an industry veteran who admits to having fallen in love with commercial real estate at the inception of his career. That love with which he began is still with him today. Staying focused on the clients’ needs, as well as being open to feedback, is what allows Patrick to consistently operate at peak performance and be nimble in today’s real estate environment.
