Bio
Patrick began his career as a chartered surveyor with Alder King in Bristol before gaining international experience in California with Grubb & Ellis. On returning to the UK, he established and led the investment department at Donaldsons before moving to the Royal Bank of Scotland. As a Director within RBS’s Real Estate Finance Team, he specialised in business development, property finance and debt restructuring. In 2012 Patrick founded RED, where his leadership continues to drive the company’s growth.
