Patrick Raymes began his career in real estate development in 1995 as a commercial contractor. Today he is leading the way in commercial real estate as a broker and experienced certified commercial investment member. Patrick is appreciated by his clients for his can do attitude in solving problems and working through challenges. Patrick spends most of his time on land entitlements for new ground up developments like multi-family and industrial projects. Patrick lives with his wife, Renee in Boise Idaho. His hobbies include tennis, off shore sailing, working on his house and spending time with his daughter Emily.
