Bio
Patrick (Pat) Remolacio holds professional designations in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the CCIM Institute. He began his industrial real estate brokerage career in 1985, and in 2014 transitioned to full-time industrial real estate development. Since EBS's formation, he has played a key role in the entitlement and development of more than 9 million square feet of Class-A industrial buildings. Given his background in the brokerage arena, Mr. Remolacio works closely with EBS’s project brokerage/marketing teams. Mr. Remolacio graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance. His prior military service was with the U.S. Marine Corps’ 3rd Marine Air Wing.
