As a qualified chartered surveyor, Patrick has over 17 years of experience as a commercial property in the West End, City of London and Australian office markets, mainly advising occupiers.
He is currently advising Citizens Advice on their new Central London HQ search, as well as The Institute of Directors, UK India Business Council, Gulfsands Petroleum, Right Management and Javelin Group.
In the past, Patrick has acted for occupiers as diverse as Apple, Rightmove, The Labour Party, MCR (Accountants), Oaktree Capital Management and Facebook.
