A proud graduate of the University of Alabama, Patrick brings a strong foundation in finance and management, complemented by a minor in entrepreneurship, to his role at HSC Commercial Properties. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Patrick has been immersed in business from a young age through his work with Nurtur Aveda Institutes, an experience that instilled a strong work ethic and a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build and run a successful business. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he also served as an Operations Manager for Alabama Football, gaining valuable experience in the discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail required to succeed at a high level.
Based in Birmingham, Patrick specializes in retail, office, and industrial properties across the metro market, helping local businesses find the right space and helping owners connect with the right tenants. He is focused on building lasting relationships throughout the Birmingham business community, combining an analytical approach to deals with genuine, hands-on client service.
When he's not working with clients, Patrick enjoys playing golf and staying active in the Birmingham community.
