Patrick Toomey is an industry-leading retail investment specialist with more than three decades of experience in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked both on the brokerage and on the principal side, gaining invaluable knowledge and expertise. Prior to joining IPA, Patrick set numerous sales records and was instrumental in the rapid expansion of several groups with JLL, CBRE, and Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, of which he was a founding member. Patrick earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego and his MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
