Patricia “Patti” E. Gilbert is Senior Vice President of Leasing with CBRE
responsible for leasing a 4.5 million SF regional portfolio of award-winning, Class “A”, trophy office properties including the landmark Century Plaza Towers and 2000 Avenue of the Stars in Century City and Water Garden in Santa Monica.
Additionally, Patti is active in tenant representation and investment sales.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Gilbert was Senior Portfolio Leasing Manager for the West Los Angeles Region of Arden Realty, Inc., where her responsibilities
included leasing and marketing of the Howard Hughes Center, Corporate Point and Century Boulevard projects. Ms. Gilbert worked with Hines as a Leasing and Marketing Manager before joining Arden Realty, where she was responsible for leasing and general marketing for the Lantana Media Campus in Santa Monica. She also assisted in the entitlement and development of the Lantana expansion project.
Before her tenure with Hines, Ms. Gilbert was a senior associate for Cushman
Realty Corporation and manager of real estate services for the West Los Angeles office. Ms. Gilbert played an integral role in providing state-of-the-art support to the brokerage, consulting and investment and development divisions of the firm. Ms. Gilbert was responsible for the structuring and analysis of alternative lease, purchase and sale transactions, including the review and analysis of market information and lease documentation.
