Patty Helton Davis is the Broker Associate of PHD Realty, licensed in both Alabama and Florida. Through strong leadership, unwavering integrity, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, Patty and her team have built one of the area's most respected real estate companies by consistently raising the standard of service for every client.
Born and raised in Bratt, Florida, Patty now resides in Davisville, Florida. Her professional sales career began in 1976, and she became a licensed Realtor in 1997. In 2013, she stepped out in faith to establish PHD Realty, a decision that has led to years of continued growth and success. With more than 29 years of real estate experience, Patty has earned a reputation for professionalism, honesty, and results.
Throughout her career, Patty has received numerous awards recognizing her outstanding production and dedication to her clients. She has been honored with the Women's Council of Realtors Pensacola Bay Area Chapter Top Gun Award for more than 19 consecutive years, recognizing exceptional sales achievement. Since 2014, PHD Realty has been voted Best of the Best Real Estate Company by Atmore News. Patty's commitment extends well beyond real estate. She is an active member and Past President of the Atmore Lions Club, where she has dedicated countless hours to serving her community. She proudly supports numerous civic and charitable organizations throughout Atmore, Flomaton, Jay, Century, and the surrounding areas, believing that giving back is an important part of building stronger communities.
Patty is married to Jerry Davis and is the proud mother of one son, two stepdaughters, four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. When she isn't helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, she enjoys attending her grandchildren's sporting events, spending time with family, and—perhaps her greatest passion of all—helping people buy and sell real estate.
