As Office Manager, Patty oversees the day-to-day operations of the Orlando office of NAI Realvest. Patty also manages the Marketing Department which is responsible for all marketing efforts, such as flyers, advertising, social media, press releases, email blasts, marketing proposals, and signage.
As Brokerage Specialist, Patty oversees the brokerage and administrative support to all brokers at NAI Realvest. As a licensed real estate agent, she also shows properties, handles phone and e-mail inquiries, attends owner meetings, and assists brokers with the preparation of leases, contracts and proposals as needed.
