Paul Andrews holds the current title of Director of Commercial Advisory Services at KW Commercial, the commercial arm of Keller Williams Realty, the largest real estate company in the United States. Paul specializes in commercial advisory, facilitating the purchase disposition, acquisition, and lease of of commercial facilities across multiple markets throughout America.
Paul leverages his extensive experience across multiple commercial real estate disciplines, including REIT leasing and asset management, owner and tenant brokerage advisory, and complex leasing and sales consultation. Paul has sold and leased all commercial real estate asset types, from office and industrial to retail and land. Paul is also a quoted and published market expert, as well as an expert witness in a handful of select court cases. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in California and Arizona. Paul's mission is to provide his clients with the best possible solutions for their real estate needs, and to help them achieve their goals across all national markets.
Before graduating Paul worked in mortgage lending in Sacramento for a while, and that gave him a good understanding of how real estate financing worked. Paul obtained his California real estate license in 1993, and it is still active. He moved back to the Bay Area after graduation and found an opening with West Bay Commercial, a small boutique commercial real estate firm. Following his time at West Bay, he worked at Colliers International as a tenant and landlord representative, specializing in office and industrial properties.
When he moved to Arizona in late July 2008, he obtained his real estate license in the state. Paul was looking for greater opportunities in the Arizona real estate market and joined Cushman & Wakefield and then made a move to Cresa, which is the largest tenant representation and occupier services firm in the world.
Paul has sold and leased almost every single type of commercial real estate discipline: office, industrial, retail, development land, and apartment buildings. He even sold a 1,200-acre cattle ranch in Northern California.
