Paul E. Blackburn is Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap CRE in Nashville, Tennessee. Paul is a seasoned senior broker and financial underwriter in all property types. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2014 after a career with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. As a native to Nashville, Paul provides insight into the local commercial real estate investment market with extensive experience in sales and leasing in all property types. Former and current clients include Metro Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), national and regional investment trusts, national and regional development companies, professional entertainers, athletes, as well as private investment companies and individuals. Paul is currently pursuing certification as a candidate to become a certified commercial investment member (CCIM), who are recognized as experts in commercial real estate investments. In his personal time, Paul is a member of West End United Methodist Church in Nashville, as well as having served as the former vice president of the American Tae Kwon Do Association. Paul is a faithful husband, proud father of four, grateful son, humble grandfather of six and a respected professional.
