Paul Chaffee, CCIM is the Executive Vice President, Director of Brokerage at SVN The Equity Group in Las Vegas, bringing more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience and over 40 years of deep community roots in Southern Nevada. Throughout his career, Paul has completed more than 3,000,000 square feet of transactions across retail, taverns, restaurants, and—with a primary specialization—office properties. With the unique ability to excel in both leasing and sales, he provides clients with strategic, hands-on advisory services designed to maximize asset performance and value. His production and leadership have earned him multiple industry recognitions, including being named a Top Producer from 2016–2019.
Before joining SVN The Equity Group, Paul held leadership and ownership positions across several respected commercial real estate organizations. He served as Vice President at CBRE; Owner/Broker of C Squared Real Estate Services; Vice President at Sun Commercial Real Estate; Partner at NAI Vegas; and Corporate Broker at a boutique local firm, where he became a market leader in REO and distressed asset sales. Paul began his brokerage career as a Senior Advisor at a national firm, earning distinction as a Top 100 Producer and ranking within the top 10% nationwide. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Commercial Sales at Nevada Title Company, where he increased revenue by 50% over four years and expanded commercial market share to more than 40%.
Paul is also deeply committed to community service, education, and mentoring. For more than a decade, he has volunteered with Camp Firefly, a camp for children battling cancer, and has supported numerous charitable initiatives for children and homeless teens. At UNLV, he serves as Associate Director of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies, helping oversee operations, expanding the mentorship program, and supporting the annual Real Estate Expo. He also contributes to the UNLV Rebel Business Network and the Student Life Advisory Board, and he continues to mentor students as a two-time advisor to the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, where he was the founding president in 1997.
Paul’s commitment to leadership and personal development extends beyond real estate. He previously coached PSI Seminars’ Pacesetters Leadership Dynamics course, earning recognition as Leader of the Year. A proud UNLV graduate, he holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and has completed advanced leadership training through PSI Seminars and Rapport Leadership.
Outside of his professional and community work, Paul is a dedicated husband and father of two. He is also a Freemason, having served as Master of Boulder City Lodge #37 in 2022 and 2023, and currently serves as Grand Trustee to the Grand Lodge of Nevada (2023–2026).
