I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and investment properties within the areas of Penn State University, Centre County, State College, Bellefonte, Centre Hall, Port Matilda, Boalsburg, Lemont, Pleasant Gap, Warriors Mark & Philipsburg. I keep current of all transactions in the Centre County area. I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools including State College, Bald Eagle Area, Bellefonte, Penns Valley, & Philipsburg Osceola.
Personal
I'm a Centre Countian having been reared in the local area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and the great Central PA outdoor activities. I have two graduate degrees, speak Spanish fluently, and own a small business of buying and remodeling homes. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, international travel, small musical group where I am the keyboard player, and I must say selling real estate is most enjoyable!
