Paul is an experienced commercial property surveyor dealing with property management, sales and lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews across a wide range of property types including retail, industrial and office property. He has experience in working in both the private and public sectors.
He also advises on the sale and acquisition of property investments and residential and commercial development land and carries out property valuations for SIPPs and private individuals. His property management instructions are predominantly within the North East and North Yorkshire however he also manages commercial property investments throughout the UK.
