Paul is a commercial real estate advisor and has led a broad range of office and industrial real estate transactions on behalf of corporations in the New York City area as well as nationally and internationally, negotiating leases totaling in excess of 18,000,000 square feet on six continents. He has a background in detailed market research and financial analysis and has expert witness experience.
