After an early career in accounting and IT consulting, Paul started his real estate brokerage career in 2004 working predominantly on commercial real estate investment sales at a regional boutique firm. By 2012, he moved into a leadership role with the firm and significantly expanded on his experience by completing transactions in the office, industrial, land and retail sectors. As a Bellevue/NW native, Paul has deep connections to the communities in which he as worked, providing valuable seller, buyer, tenant and landlord representation for a diverse client base. He is well known for his responsive and collaborative style, helping to foster positive outcomes from the start of a given transaction. At WCCR, Paul continues to focus on tenant and buyer representation, including emerging concepts and using his connections and creativity to develop opportunities that are difficult to find in our competitive market.
