Paul joined Lennard Commercial Realty in 2021 as Executive Vice President with over 40 years of both brokerage and management experience.
Following 4 years with A.E LePage in Edmonton, Paul relocated to J.J. Barnicke (later DTZ) in Toronto in 1983 and was responsible for the successful leasing of large-scale office projects with particular expertise in the northeast Toronto and York Region marketplace. He also represented numerous corporations with their lease relocations and renewals in transactions totalling more than 5 million square feet. As Senior Vice President and Manager, Paul was accountable for the operations of the GTA north office. Paul moved to Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 as Senior Managing Director of the Toronto east office. Under his leadership, the Company significantly grew its market share in Toronto northeast, the GTA and southern Ontario. In 2019, Paul was appointed Executive Vice President focusing on new business development and expanding longstanding relationships.
With Lennard Commercial, Paul continues to service existing clients while developing new opportunities in all disciplines of commercial real estate.
Paul is highly regarded within our industry among the investor, occupier, and brokerage communities for his knowledge, experience, honesty and integrity.Mr. Langer has received a number of awards in recognition of his accomplishments most notably: the Markham Council Award for Achievement for attracting new business to Markham, and the North York Mayor’s Award for Commercial Real Estate Salesperson of the Year.
