Paul Lazzaro grew up immersed in the world of real estate. He’s been a professional real estate agent for close to 30 years but his education in the industry began when he was barely 10 years old, accompanying his father Tony to the office, distributing flyers, and soaking up the conversations of his crack team of sales people.When he left school that early education was immediately put into practice and he quickly rose to be one of the most accomplished sales agents in the Richardson & Wrench network. Like many agents his apprenticeship began in the property management department, the ideal place to become grounded in the legislative requirements of real estate and develop negotiation skills managing both tenants and investor landlords.
