Bio
Paul has been employed in the property industry for over 16 years, beginning in residential estate agency with a major national firm. Since then, Paul has managed a number of residential estate agency branches, both in Lancashire and Greater Manchester, where he has gained an extensive knowledge and understanding of the region’s property market.
As a Chartered Surveyor, Paul’s experience was gained in General Practice, advising on a variety of matters including commercial agency, landlord & tenant, surveys and valuations, property auctions and planning and development advice.
