Bio
Paul Monaco is an Investment Sales Professional with Ariel Property Advisors. He is responsible for executing exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout New York City and is involved in marketing an array of asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, commercial and development.
Mr. Monaco holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance Management from the Freeman College of Management at Bucknell University where he was involved in a number of activities including the Bison Finance Society, Real Estate Club, Sigma Chi Fraternity and Division II Rugby Team. While in college, he also gained work experience analyzing investment opportunities for a commercial real estate mortgage firm in New Jersey.
Mr. Monaco enjoys being physically active, playing various sports, working out at the gym and spending time at the beach.
