Paul Panus, Jr., has over 40 years of experience in Commercial Property Management. He provides full-service management for Flex, Industrial, Office, and Retail properties.
Paul has experience working with Fortune 500 tenants such as Best Buy, Keebler, Kroger, Walgreens, and Verizon to name a few. He also has a tenured history working with Government Leases.
New construction, tenant buildouts, and renovations for clients are his specialty, as he has done so for over 100 property takeovers. He also has experience transforming properties to Energy Star Rating compliance.
Paul is a TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) licensed salesperson and a member of BOMA, HAR, and NAR. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a Bachelor of Administration in Finance.
