Paul Paschal is the Director of Acquisitions at Denholtz, overseeing strategic investment efforts across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. With a strong focus on industrial and multifamily assets, Paul brings a proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close high-value commercial real estate transactions. His expertise spans investment sales, market research, leasing, and marketing, supported by a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
Prior to joining Denholtz, Paul served as Vice President at Lee & Associates Charleston, where he specialized in the investment sale of office, flex, and industrial properties. His career also includes roles at Marcus & Millichap and NAI in Columbia, SC, giving him a broad multi-market perspective and a strong network of repeat investors throughout the Southeast.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies. Based in Charleston, SC, he enjoys spending time on the water, golfing, and volunteering as an Assistant Football Coach at Porter-Gaud.
