Paul Rogozinski, Senior Leasing and Sales Associate, graduated from the University Dayton with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He joined Veritas Realty in 2005 with 15 years of experience as a Subfranchisor of Blimpie Subs & Salads. During his tenure with Blimpie, Paul opened and coordinated marketing, training, and management of 45 stores and earned the 2001 Subfranchisor of the Year Award. As a Senior Retail Leasing and Sales Specialist, Paul focuses on Tenant and Landlord representation. Paul has been awarded CoStar’s Power Broker Award for Retail Leasing Transactions in 2009 and 2010.
