Paul Salinas is a Partner with Wetta Ventures, responsible for several facets of their commercial real estate developments including financial underwriting, market analytics, zoning and entitlements, pre-construction, acquisition due diligence and asset management.
As a seasoned professional with more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Paul is known for his patience, diligent follow-up, integrity and relentless pursuit of development opportunities. Since joining Wetta Ventures in early 2013, the company has purchased nine properties to develop, re-develop or adaptively reuse in the Phoenix metro area totaling approximately $75 million.
Before joining Wetta Ventures, Paul held numerous positions with national commercial real estate firms. Mr. Salinas' roles and responsibilities included financial analytics, due diligence, research, and project management.
Mr. Salinas attended the London School of Economics and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is actively involved with NAIOP and Child Crisis Arizona.
