Paul joins NewMark Merrill with an impressive track record in development, lease negotiation, asset management, merchandising, tenant relations, construction management and budgeting. Most recently he served as President for SheppCo Holdings where he led investment in commercial real estate properties, ensuring steady growth, value appreciation, and consistent returns for the firm’s stakeholders. Previously, he served as Vice President of Leasing for ShopCore Properties where he was responsible for a 3.5-million-square-foot retail portfolio in Colorado, Arizona, Texas and Illinois. He has also held senior level roles with Regency Centers, DDR Corporation, and Brixmor Property Group.
