Paul Ybarbo, a San Francisco resident since 1995, joined Sotheby's International Realty after 15 years of business development and high level negotiation in technology. He has been representing buyers and sellers for Sotheby's International Realty since 2004.
Paul guides first-time buyers, move-up/-down clients, those transitioning to assisted living, investors maximizing ROI, condos and co-ops, single-family residences, multi-unit buildings, or 1031 exchanges. He is involved throughout the complex communication channels of offer and sale, title and escrow, through closing.
Paul’s passions extend beyond real estate and includes travel through Central and South Americas, mountain/road biking, and playing classical music on the piano. He has been a long term supporter of Meals On Wheels.
Paul has an Economics degree from UC Irvine. He is a member of the National Assoc. of Realtors, California Assoc. of Realtors, and San Francisco Assoc. of Realtors. He has been on several condo boards and speaks Spanish.
