Paula Gold-Nocella is a highly respected and accomplished real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the San Francisco and Bay Area markets. Known for her unwavering commitment to integrity, mentorship, and professional excellence, Paula has built a career as a top-producing agent, strategic Managing Broker, and trusted leader in the real estate industry.
Her real estate journey began in the early 1990s, where she spent 15 years as a full-time agent, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional client service, deep market insight, and strong negotiation skills. In 2003, Paula transitioned into brokerage leadership with Prudential California Realty in Sonoma County, where she played an integral role in agent growth and office performance.
From 2011 to 2018, Paula served as Managing Broker at Vanguard Properties, working closely with CEO James Nunemacher during a time of significant company expansion. Together with the leadership team, she helped guide the firm through a period of rapid growth, tripling its office footprint and sales volume—focusing on company culture, operational efficiency, and agent success.
