Paula has been with Wulfe & Co. for over 29 years and has been active in the commercial real estate arena for over 40 years. Her transactional experience spans project leasing, tenant representation, ground leases, raw land sales and the acquisition and disposition of retail properties. She has represented institutional as well as individual investors. She is skilled in leasing and stabilizing underperforming and distressed assets to increase profitability.
Paula earned a BBA Degree in Marketing from Texas State University. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
