With over two decades of real estate experience, Paula provides a very unique perspective to her clients. Paula brings both a residential and a commercial aspect to her business. Personally, Paula has been deeply immersed in land development, historic renovation, and restoration.
Paula has extensive experience in both the Houston and Galveston markets, as well as in the North Texas region. Currently, Paula serves as a Texas REALTORS® Regional Vice President and a member of the Executive Board. Most recently, Paula was the recipient of the coveted William C. Jennings Award by Texas REALTORS® for the top Commercial Transaction of the Year.
Paula is the owner and broker of Beam & Branch Realty. Paula's dedication to her profession is evident in all that she does. Being able to think outside the box for her clients is critical when navigating complicated transactions. Additionally, Paula has the negotiation experience that her clients require.
Paula is a published author and has published her second book, Theosynthesis®~LIV2DAY. Recently, she has completed her Master’s & Doctoral degrees in Leadership & Theology. Life is fast-paced yet her motto is, “Have you fully lived today?”
