Bio
Payne is a Senior Analyst at NorthBridge where he focuses on financial underwriting and analytical support for portfolio management, asset management, and debt financings.
Prior to NorthBridge, Payne worked at AXA Real Estate Investment Managers (formerly Quadrant Real Estate Advisors) originating commercial real estate debt investments across various property types and markets. While at AXA REIM, Payne supported the origination of over $2 billion of CRE debt investments. Prior to his role in loan originations, Payne worked as an asset manager at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, managing 35 commercial mortgages totaling over $2.5 billion.
A graduate of Colgate University, Payne is an active member of the Colgate Real Estate Council.
