Payne Pittman serves as President and co-founder of PMW Realty Partners, a full-service real estate brokerage firm specializing in advisory and transactional services for industrial, office, and commercial properties.
Prior to the formation of PMW Realty, Payne served as an Advisor in the industrial division of SVN | Dunn Commercial Management, Inc focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial assets throughout Texas. While in school, Payne also interned as a summer analyst at Apex One Investment Partners in Houston, TX.
Throughout his career, Payne has continually worked to deliver added value to each client at every phase of the commercial real estate transaction.
