Perry has been in the retail real estate leasing, management and development business for more than 20 years with direct oversight of over 6 million square feet of retail, mixed-use, and office property developments throughout Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Florida, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Prior to affiliating with Colliers International | Alabama, Perry was Director of Leasing and Property Management with Legg Development Partners; and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Knox College | Illinois.
