Perry J. Mazzone, CPA, is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Senior Associate at Oxford Partners, focusing on tenant and buyer representation in the Houston office and industrial markets. Prior to joining Oxford in 2020, Perry built a foundation in financial services, including roles at PwC and National Oilwell Varco, where he developed analytical precision and a client-centered approach that now informs his real estate practice.
With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and a CPA designation, Perry brings a methodical lens to every transaction. His experience allows him to quickly distill complex deal structures, highlight financial implications, and guide clients toward sound decisions with clarity and efficiency. While office is his primary specialty, Perry has also executed significant warehouse deals, including a $7 million sale-leaseback that met a rare return requirement for an investment client.
