Perry Oster is a senior advisor of JLS Real Estate. Perry began his career at JLL’s Valuation Group, where he focused on the valuation of commercial and multifamily properties, eminent domain/right-of-way, and land. Perry valued more than $1 billion in assets as an appraiser trainee at JLL. Later, he joined CBRE’s National Senior Housing Investment Property Sales team, focusing on independent living, assisted living, memory care, and active adult/55+ multifamily communities.
As a senior advisor, Perry is responsible for providing real estate services, including industrial and retail investment property sales, as well as industrial leasing.
