Bio
Perry S. Schonfeld is Principal and Chief Operating Officer at LBA Realty and LBA Logistics. Since joining LBA in 1997, Mr. Schonfeld has evolved into overseeing the overall operations of the company and currently serves on LBA's Investment Committee. In 2020, Perry also took on the role of MSRE Chairman and Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Chapman University. Prior to joining LBA, Mr. Schonfeld served as an Associate Director for Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc., handling both asset and property management services for the Southern California region. Perry previously held roles as Chief Financial Officer at AEI, Assistant Controller at Coldwell Financial, and Supervisor Audit & Tax at Coopers & Lybrand.
