Working alongside the firm’s managing partners, Kees Janeway and Jacob Sworski, Petar is involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including sourcing, underwriting, market analysis, negotiation, and execution through closing.
Petar specializes in single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions, retail leasing, site selection, redevelopment opportunities, and off-market acquisitions and dispositions. He works alongside retail private equity groups, developers, operators, and investors throughout the Midwest and nationwide.
