Pete has been with LPA since 2006 and has over fifteen years of real estate experience. Some of this experience includes: real estate financing, accounting, tax and financial reporting, treasury, planning and policy development, partnership structuring as well as evaluating asset and portfolio risk. Pete is also an integral part of the Executive Committee providing strategic financial leadership and support on issues affecting the company.
