Bio
A native of West Georgia, Pete started in the banking industry over 25 years ago and for 20 of those years he has been based in the Paulding County Market. During his career my primary focus has been in real estate lending, specializing in residential construction loans, land acquisition & development loans, commercial owner occupied and investment real estate loans. In 2009 Pete received his real estate license. In 2015, Pete joined Atlanta Communities / Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Brokers to focus on residential and commercial property sales.
Pete’s experience in banking provides valuable resources to both his commercial and residential clients that typical realtors do not have. Assisting buyers with various financing options and applicable lenders is a vital component to turning a sales agreement into a closing. As Pete looks back on my banking career, he realized the part of banking that he loved the most was helping someone achieve a goal or turning a concept into a reality. It is this same drive that Pete will bring to helping clients reach their dreams and goals with all their real estate needs. Pete has been very active in the communities in which he has worked, most recently serving on both the Paulding County Chamber of Commerce Board as well as the Paulding County Economic Development Organization Board. After living in Paulding for many years, his wife, Karen, daughter Molly and Pete, made the move to Haralson County and still reside there.
