Pete Fraser joined Cantrell & Morgan in 2013. With C&M, his focus is on the marketing aspects of grocery-anchored shopping centers. Pete handles the leasing; outparcel sales, and investment sales, in addition to participating in site selection and evaluation. Pete has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University. In 1980, he obtained his real estate salesman license and the following year he became a licensed real estate broker.
His commercial real estate career began in Jacksonville with the Treco Companies. He then moved to Houston, TX where he worked for Canadian developer Bramalea Ltd. While he was employed with Bramalea Ltd., he honed his skills in retail leasing and development by working on a portfolio of enclosed shopping centers located throughout Eastern Texas. From Texas, he headed to Tampa Bay, FL where he was employed by Rouse & Associates. Pete returned to Jacksonville in 1994 where he joined CBRE, charged with the responsibility of representing retail landlords. He joined NAI Hallmark Partners in 1999. Mr. Fraser has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1981.
