Peter represents buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. He also works with both tenants and landlords in leasing of properties.
Peter has been a successful commercial real estate broker for over 15 years. He began his career with Percival’s Inc. and ran his own firm, SFA Investment Real Estate Co, for a number of years. Recently he was in charge of leasing the 160,000 sf Design Center of the Carolinas and brought the center up to 90% occupancy.
He has closed investment transactions for both national and local Charlotte firms, including WP Carey, United Trust Fund, Columbus Nova and Silver Investments. He is a CCIM designee.
